		<description>I left this out of the original post, but the currency effect translates to roughly 45-55% of the total returns.  The dollar has had an enormous positive impact.  I&#039;m wondering how many other investors are thinking about this and if a massive rebalancing isn&#039;t in the cards over the next 30-45 days that will equate to a significant amount of money pulling out of International funds in the short term.  Be wary.</description>
